How the safari works
A kite safari is a trip on a motor yacht through the uninhabited islands of the Red Sea. The yacht drops anchor near an island, you hop into a motorboat, and 5 minutes later you're at the spot.
Day 1 · Sat
You fly into Hurghada. A driver meets you at the airport — 25 minutes later, you're on the yacht. Check into your cabin and meet the crew.

In the morning, the yacht heads out to sea. We sail to the first island and start riding right away.

We live on the yacht out at sea. Up to three riding sessions every day. Over the week, the yacht makes 2–3 moves to follow the best kiting conditions.

In the evening, the yacht returns to Hurghada port. A farewell dinner on board with the crew. Overnight stay on the yacht.

Each island acts as a natural windbreak. The yacht anchors on the leeward side, giving you a huge stretch of smooth water.
The water stays flat — no waves
The wind blows offshore, and the island only rises a meter or two above the water. No trees, no buildings — nothing breaks the wind, so it flows steadily. These are ideal kiting conditions.

Sandy bottom. You can stand up at any moment.

Back rolls, front rolls, kiteloops — all of these are far easier to learn on flat water with steady wind.

At a regular spot, you share the water with dozens of kiters in a limited area and wait for the right wind window. Here, you wake up, hop in the boat, and 5 minutes later you're on the water.

Why don’t we offer “unlimited instruction” or fixed-price group lessons like other safaris?
First — we are confident that one-on-one instruction with a coach yields faster results than group sessions. Every minute is spent making progress alongside your instructor, rather than waiting for your turn or struggling with the kite on your own.
Second — we know from experience that beginner riders spend an average of 7 to 10 hours with an instructor during a safari. Beyond that, physical stamina simply gives out, and as fatigue sets in, efficiency drops sharply. Financially, it works out to the same €600–€800 per safari as an "unlimited group" package, but the quality and results are significantly higher.
Third — we refuse to compromise our principles for the sake of marketing. When it comes to kitesurfing, group and unlimited lessons often lead to conflicts and disappointment. We want you to enjoy every single minute of your safari and keep coming back for more.

Equipment Rental
All necessary equipment is already included in the price of beginner lessons. For independent riding, we offer a wide range of kites, boards, and harnesses for rent: Core, F-One, Reedin.
By using our rental service, you can freely switch kites and boards — you have access to kites ranging from 4m to 17m and boards from 130cm to 160cm.
Important note: We are happy to provide equipment for rent if you already know how to ride and can confidently return to the starting point.

A rescue boat is on duty all day, water is no deeper than waist-high, and Hurghada port is just 2–3 hours away.

A rescue boat is on duty whenever anyone is at the spot. During lessons, your instructor stays in touch by radio. The whole riding area is waist-deep at most. If you fall, you simply stand up.

On the yacht
We anchor in 5–6 meters of water — you can see the bottom. The island shelters the yacht from waves, so the water stays calm at anchor. Hurghada port is 2–3 hours away, and you can see the shore from the yacht.

There's no rocking at anchor — the island blocks the waves. Crossings between islands are short: 2–3 times over the safari, 1–3 hours each.

After riding in the evening, we watch the photos and videos from the day together. We put on music, hang out, play board games.
When the mood strikes — we throw a party. And the upper decks and your cabin are always there if you want some quiet time.

There's no dry-law on board, but we're against "drinking yourself into oblivion" — and we say so honestly upfront. That's exactly why the atmosphere on board stays the way it is: calm, grown-up, and friendly. And it's that atmosphere our guests come back for, year after year.

Yes. A kite safari offers ideal conditions for learning kiteboarding — out at sea, the wind blows more often and more steadily, the water is knee- to waist-deep, and it's smooth with no waves. On every safari, there are always students starting from scratch — sometimes more of them than experienced kiters. The atmosphere helps a lot: you're surrounded by people who are passionate about kiting. In that kind of company, progress comes faster.
If a no-wind day comes up, the yacht sails over to a coral island: diving, snorkeling, wakeboarding, SUP.
There's no rocking at anchor — the island shelters us from waves. Some motion is possible during crossings between islands: 2–3 times a week, 1–3 hours each. In all our years of running safaris since 2012, we've only had noticeable rocking during a crossing three times.
You can see the shore from the deck. It's 2–3 hours away.
Better than at most hotels — everything is fresh and varied. Seafood, meat, fish, vegetables, fruit, juices, pastries, oatmeal in the mornings. Three meals a day, buffet style. Throughout the day, tea, coffee, cookies, pastries, juices, and fruit are available freely, with no limits.
A shared passion brings people together and makes it easy to find common ground — there's always something to talk about, interesting stories to hear, impressions to share. And if you feel like being on your own — to think, or just look at the stars — there's plenty of space. On a four-deck, 45-meter yacht, you never feel cramped.
It's not a dry boat, but our safaris run on a moderate-drinking policy. Evenings are calm: a guitar on deck, going through the day's photos, board games, conversations. In the morning, you wake up fresh and ready to ride — not nursing a hangover. Our focus is on the sport and on rebooting.
On board: snorkeling, diving, wakeboarding, SUP, fishing, stretching, and a beach 100 meters away. Looking at past safaris, even people who came along just for the company loved the experience.
For lessons — we provide everything. From your side: SPF 50+ sunscreen, shorts, a long-sleeve rash guard, and a cap or bandana. Experienced riders bring their own gear or rent on the spot.
07:00 — morning ride. 09:00 — breakfast. 10:00 — midday ride. 14:00 — lunch. 15:00 — evening ride. After that — stretching, dinner, going through the day's photos and videos, games, parties.
